Simple Scones

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2010
So simple! So yummy! I added chopped dried cranberries and chocolate chips to this....sprinkled the sheet with suger before ressing out the dough....I cut them nice and small for my little girl's tea party and they were a total hit! I had to fight the urge to have more then my fair share with my coffee the morning before the tea party. Excellent recipe.....I recommend using the food processor. Wonderful! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Broccoli with Lemon Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2008
a lovely but not to over powering way to dress up broccoli. We all loved it and there was not any left overs of our veggies with this meal. Our 2 year old had thirds and our five year old had fourths.. 5 stars from everyone in this house.

Wonderful Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2008
I have never been a big fan of meatloaf myself but I like to make it from time to time because my family really loves it. And I must say that this is one of the best recipes for meatloaf I have used. Simple to make, and a good way to get ride of that left over white rice ou have sitting in the fridge.

Grilled Chicken Thighs Tandoori

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
Excellent! With this Recipe I ommited the Coriander because I didnt have it on hand but did add a tsp if cayanne pepper as some others suggested. I also slow roasted at 200 degrees F for two hours, while covered with aluminum foil then I uncovered and raised the temp to 400 for about 20-25 min. Even my 2 year old loved it. We will definatly make it again.
