Pizza Dough I

I liked the fact that this was a quick recipe, but it didn't have any flavor, and the texture was not a good one either.

Old-Fashioned Soft Sugar Cookies

This is an incredible cookie. You really need to add the cinnamon and sugar to the top, it gives it the flavor that it needs. My kids ate every single one of them! Since I am not good with rolled sugar cookies, this one was just perfect.

BBQ Meatballs

This one would probably be better with fresh meatballs. The meatballs were mushy and the texture affected the taste.

Amazing Chicken

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

This recipe is very good when put inside of the Hawaiian bread that has the middle removed to make a bread bowl. Slice up the excess bread for the dippers.

Southern Living Magazine's King Cake

This recipe was pretty close to our King Cakes in New Orleans. Instead of coloring my own sugars, I just picked up some from the arts and crafts stores in the cake decorating department. It was a very nice substitute for the one from New Orleans. Thank you!

Mardi Gras King Cake

I am from New Orleans and this one was pretty close. Since we don't add the raisins to our King Cakes, I left that part out. It was a great substitute for us now that we are far from home. Thank you!
