Sweet Corn Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
These are awesome! My family loved them. Everyone noted on how cake-like they tasted. My dad, the most hard to please, had two, and he said to keep that recipe safe!

Libby's® Famous Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
My mom finally made punpkin pie this year and used this recipe. It turned out great, even with a burnt crust! In fact, I am eating a piece of it right now. :)

Chicken, Rice and Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
It was okay. I made it with turkey and noodles because I had leftover turkey and the family wanted noodles. I put lots of turkey, as requested, and ended up adding much more water. It needed salt by the end of it and even with the salt, it was lacking flavor. Might try this again, according to the recipe. It sure made the house smell good, though!

Banana Muffins I

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
I just tried this recipe and this makes more than 12 muffins if extras (ie blueberries, chocolate chips) are added. I think I added too many blueberries because they all sank to the bottom and now I'm stuck with a muffin top and jam underneath. The cups were too full and the batter dripped over the edge, resulting in a burnt smelling, messy oven. Next time I will try these as mini muffins and use less bleberries or nne at all.

Karen's Baked Banana Stuffed French Toast

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
This recipe was pretty good. I used whole wheat bread instead of french bread and put A LOT more cinnamon than the recipe called for. I mashed half of the bananas and spread them on, then sliced the other half and put them on top of the mashed. Very easy, basic recipe. The second time I made it, it turned out better because I put a lot more cinnamon and vanilla in the egg mixture. More cinnamon and vanilla made it delicious! I will definitely make it again.
