To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2010
this recipe (in my opinion) is exactly as described = to die for! the only alteration I made was that I had some cinnamon vanilla spice I used, instead of plain cinnamon. YUMMY!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2010
Great recipe ~ however I did what another reviewer suggested and went for prosciutto instead of bacon. I'm sure bacon tastes just as good but I had prosciutto on hand. Will definitely make again. Husband doesn't care for spinach yet this recipe had FETA (which he loves) and he ate every last bite :)

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Wow... I have never had a more delicious taco soup... So hearty and flavorful! Couple changes I made: used 15 oz. can of tomato sauce instead of 8 oz, because it looked like it may dry up after cooking so long. Also, did chicken tenders and left in for 8-9 hours (only took out at end to shred). Chicken came out practically melting and shredded so nice and easy. This was a BIG hit with me and my husband. He said this one is definately "a keeper!"

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
great recipe - good flavor. I followed the recipe and used a lb. of ditalini but I would definitely use 1/2 next time. Soaked up almost all the liquid, even after I cooked them separately. More like a "stoup" - stew/soup. Excellent nonetheless!

Chicken Chili Soup

My husband and I are on a low GI diet and this is the most filling, delicious chili soup... I made a whole pot and have some in the freezer. Great recipe!

Dark Chocolate Candy Cane Crackles

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
I made these for Christmas this year - although I found Andes Candy peppermint baking chips at the store and used those instead of candy canes. I tell you, what a hit these were! Thanks for such a good recipe!

Grilled Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
this was absolutely great. I did my own version off of the recipe because I didn't have any peppers, and I was only fixing this for myself (hubby doesn't like seafood). I used the onions, butter, wine, garlic and also threw in a little dried dill. Cooked as suggested but in the oven rather than grill and it came out soooo scrumptious!

Emily's Famous Apple Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2008
Great recipe, lots of flavor. I made 3 of these bad boys for Thanksgiving. Instead of sprinkling the dry mix over the apples, I mixed all apples and dry ingredients together, then spread between 3 pies. Turned out great and I received a lot of compliments!

Alfredo Sauce

I cook the garlic in the butter for a little, gives it more flavor I think. Great great sauce, it's a keeper!
