Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was delicious, everyone loved it. Even my 6 year-old daughter asked for seconds.
I susbstituted canned beef broth for the water, and topped it with some fresh cracked pepper at the very beginning.
I put chopped up celery, carrots and onions in the slow cooker with it, but don't think I'd do that again.
Overall, the best pot roast I've ever eaten, and due to it's simplicity, I'll be making it a lot more often.
