Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These are scrumdilly! It didn't hurt that I had a couple of pieces of crumbled bacon that I added to the mix before stuffing those bad boys.

I've never fried anything before. Not because I'm all healthy, just because hot grease scares me. Oh heavens, am I glad I jumped it and made these. They are delish and really easy to make. I happened to get hot pork sausage by mistake and what a fantastic mistake it turned out to be. Thank you!!

Lemon Zucchini Bread

The lemon in this makes it taste so fresh. I happened to not have vegetable oil so I used olive oil and omitted the cinnamon and it was still fabulous! It stays so nice and moist.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

So easy and yummy!! I used some of the other suggestions about using just one tube of biscuits and letting them cook for a longer period of time. It tastes homemade. The default serving suggestion was for six people, but I gotta tell ya, it was such a hit that I didn't have enough for just the four people I was serving.
