Tacos in Pasta Shells

Great recipe. I accidentaly used taco seasoning instead of taco sauce. I think it turned out fine with it. My husband has already asked that I make again sometime soon.

These were awesome! Will definitely make again. I followed the recipe exactly as is. The only drawback was we waited about 15 minutes until our rice was done to have dinner and they became a little soggy, but still delicious.

Baked Ziti III

This recipe is the best. I make for our family, half I put in the freezer for a later date and half to be eaten right away. It is delicious! I have made it for friends and family and I always get rave reviews.

Mushroom Slow Cooker Roast Beef

This was my first time using a slow cooker and this was the perfect recipe for me to start with... it came out delicious! I cooked for nine hours and might try just a little less time the next time, maybe 8-8 1/2. I did put two packs of the onion soup mix as others suggested. It was great, I was afraid it might be too much but it was fine. My hubby loved and asked that we make it a staple for the family.

Smothered Mexican Lasagna

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

I made this tonight and it was great! I don't like cream sauces but this was so light it really wasn't heavy and the flavor was yummy! I did double the sauce as others suggested and squeezed a fresh lemon on the chicken as it was cooking and a little in the sauce. This will be a family staple..

Buttermilk Pancakes I

Great recipe! I added a dash of cinnamon and vanilla as others suggested. My husband who usually doesn't like pancakes thought they were great-light and fluffy.

Potato and Cheese Frittata

I liked recipe and will make again with probably some small changes. It didn't have much taste, even with the onions I felt it was a little bland. I think adding some breakfast sausage or bell peppers would add flavor.... But overall I thought it was a great breakfast dish.

Italian Sausage Soup II

I liked this recipe. I did exchange celery and carrots for spinach (frozen and thawed) and mushrooms. I did keep the pasta seperate until serving like others suggested. Very yummy! My husband is already asking to make again...
