Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Yummy! My hubby and I really enjoyed this. I halved the recipe. First, I cooked the chicken on the stove with the garlic salt & TSP of EVOO. I mixed my diced chicken with the sour cream and added 1 tsp of taco seasoning to the mixture. Layered 1 small can of enchilada sauce on bottom, followed by torn tortillas, then chicken mixture, then cheese in 8X8 dish. Covered and baked 45 minutes. Served w/ Spanish rice.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Yummy! I sprayed the crockpot with Pam, added frozen chicken, topped with Swiss, then soup mixture, stuffing and last poured the butter on top. Cooked low for 7 hours. Added a frozen bag of broccoli during the last hour. Thanks for sharing!

Pretzel Turtles

Yummy! I normally use the round pretzel rings (purchase from Meijer) and drizzle with white chocolate (melt white chocolate chips w/ a little crisco, dip fork into chocolate and drizzle onto pretzels). Thanks for sharing. :-)

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Very tender and moist! Instead of broiling it, I baked it at 375 for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Also, we used chicken tenders. Our four year old says it's his favorite chicken!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Excellent! I poured the batter into muffin tins lined with cupcake/muffin papers. This recipe works great as muffins. I pour the batter almost to the very top of the paper liners (makes 12 muffins) then I bake this at 375 degrees. It takes about 20 minutes for a toothpick to come out clean. The tops are always nicely browned and the muffins are perfectly cooked.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Used 1/2 cup of water instead of the butter. Also used FF cream cheese and Reduced Fat soup. Less Calories! We served over brown rice. Yum!

Easy Iced Coffee

Yummy! I emptied out a baby jar to shake 2 tsp Swiss White Chocolate (general foods international brand), 1 packet Splenda and 3 TBS of warm water. After I poured milk in my glass I added 1 TBS Sugar Free Caramel Coffee Syrup (Archer Farms brand from Target). Also, I used frozen coffee cubes so it's not watered down. No more spending $$ at Starbucks this summer!! Thanks for sharing!

Baked French Toast

Yummy! I halved the recipe for my fam of four. Used only 3 eggs, a little less than 3/4 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of cream. I turned bread over after a couple of hours in the fridge. Baked in oven the next morning for 30 minutes, then turned bread over again and baked for another 15 minutes.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Crust is so good! I halved the recipe, baked in a large loaf pan, lowered the temp., added a full tsp of vanilla and baked for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yum!

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

I followed reviewer "kmilti " advice. boneless/skinless chicken breasts (frozen), 1/2 ( or 3/4) jar of spaghetti sauce (eye ball it), 1 can tomato paste, 1/2 green bell pepper chopped, 1/2 diced yellow onion, fresh sliced mushrooms, 3 tablespoons fresh garlic, light-medium sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes, heavy sprinkling of oregano, light-medium spinkle of black pepper (can always add more later), and fresh basil leaves torn up. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Excellent! Thanks for sharing!!

Pizza Without the Red Sauce

Wow! I'm never purchasing gourmet pizza again. This is THE best homemade pizza I've ever had!! The only thing we did different was less cheese (watching our calories). I can't wait to make it for company. Thanks SO MUCH for sharing! :)

Yummy! I followed exact recipe and heated everything super slow on the stovetop. We added red dye to make pink treats with white sprinkles for V-day. My three year old says "I love it, I love it!!" Thanks for sharing!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Wow! This is so good, and very simple to make!! I doubled the amount of spinach and used 4oz feta and 4oz mozzarella. Also, added more garlic and red pepper. Thanks for sharing!
