Chip Dip
A good, solid dip, I enjoyed it on potato chips. I found it to be a bit heavy on the Worcestershire, and so will only use 1/2 tbsp next time. If I was to rate it the day I made it, I would have probably only given 3 stars, as it was a bit harsh. But, sitting overnight mellowed and smoothed it out significantly.

Ma Po Tofu
This is the most "restaurant-like" version I have tried. I didn't have the correct beans -- I used fermented soy bean paste instead --but I figure the fermented part was more important than the kind of bean. I also subsititued szechuan pepper for the cayenne, as I knw that is what most restaiurants use. Next time I will double the sauce ingredients, as I like my ma po tofu on the saucy side, and I found this a bit too dry for me. But, it was super quick - definitely faster than getting takeout.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
Definately not "haute cuisine", but oh so yummy! Much tastier than any restaurant version. My only modification was that I used an entire box of chopped spinach, rather than the specific amount called for in the recipe. It tasted just as good the next day when I reheated the small amount of leftovers in the microwave at 50% power. Delish!!
