Awesome, amazing, delicious--the BEST recipe! I discovered Anniv. Chicken when my friend, a home ec teacher, prepared this for a school board event for 80 people. Everyone loved it. I have changed a few things, such as cooking the bacon strips first, removing them, then sauteeing the chicken breasts in the bacon grease. I used Costco's Yoshida's marinade. Enjoy!

Slow Cook Thai Chicken

Definitely a keeper recipe! We loved it. I'm so glad that I did not read the negative reviews until after we enjoyed the Thai Chicken. I followed the recipe exactly, except I used chunky peanut butter. We all thought it needed to be spiced up a notch--perhaps more red pepper flakes. I'd add more cilantro as well.

White Almond Wedding Cake

Outstanding cake! I made a 3-tier cake for a wedding using this wonderful recipe. Everyone RAVED about the moist, yummy, delicious cake. The white cake layers had a homemade raspberry filling; the chocolate layer had a chocolate mousse filling. Absolutely a keeper recipe! Made 8 cups of batter. I used Betty Crocker cake mix for both the chocolate (German Chocolate, to be specific) and white layers.
