Quinoa and Black Beans

The flavors in this dish are wonderful. I didn't have any cilantro on hand but it didn't effect the dish.

I don't have a bread machine, but following the ingredients and regular bread making techniques, the bread turned out great. No modifications made. The bread was loved by all, even my mother-in-law. Will be making again today.

Poppy Seed Bundt Cake II

I can't say enough about this cake. It was easy, delicious and a crowd pleaser. My parents happened to drop in after I made this and they took half of it home with them. I used fat free sour cream and might try substituting some applesauce for some oil the next time I make this.

Libby's® Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

This was a moist, delicious loaf. The loaves came out high and smelling wonderful. I am now emailing this recipe to my Mom for a church function. I used fresh cranberries, fresh pumpkin and my own mixes of spices. It was wonderful.

Lemon Blueberry Bread

A wonderful moist bread. Couldn't wait to let it cool before cutting off a piece. I made a change to the glaze, though. Used confection sugar instead of granulated. Made an excellent glaze. It's a hit with both my husband and children.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Easy, smooth and can be made low fat. No more oven rice pudding for me. I've made it for my husband's grandparents and they thought it was great. I did add nutmeg and cinnamon as others suggested. I've made it a few times and both times have been consistant with flavour and texture.

Best Brownies

Chewy, chocolaty and delicious. Enjoyed by all. I've spinkled nuts over top for adult occassions and dinosaur sprinkles for children. A great hit everywhere we take them!

Kristen's Awesome Oatmeal Cookies

Kristen, I don't care where you came by this recipe, I'm just glad you shared it with us. My daughter especially like these cookies and asks for them with raisins. I also shared these with my parents and my Dad actually made them for himself! Thanks again.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

Zucchini Cobbler

The whole family loved this recipe. No one knew they were eating a vegetable. I plan on making more batches of the filling and freezing for "apple" pies. My father grows great zucchinis and now I have a use for them.

Bruschetta I

What a wonderful recipe. Everyone loved it but had to keep a few pieces aside without the garlic. The children found them hot. I served them at a party where I had a basket of the prepared baguettes and people spooned them on themselves. Worked out great!
