Taco Stuffed Shells

This was a great dish. I made the mistake of using too little salsa, so it was a little dry - but with more salsa it would be wonderful.

Southwestern Chicken and White Rice

Wonderful! Quick and delicious. I used canned chicken from costco and a little bit of taco seasoning and it was GREAT!

I tried this exactly as the recipes says, but I found it very bland. I ended up adding some beef stock (didn't have chicken) out of desperation but that didn't do much. Next time I'll try stock in the beginning.

Easy Rosemary Chicken

This dish was great! I was a little skeptical b/c there are so few ingredients and seemed so simple but it worked out perfect! I added a little white wind and YUM!
