Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken

Yummy, easy, simple, few ingredients. I also used fresh rosemary, lots of garlic, and lots of lemon juice. I also added some chicken italian seasoning. Also, I covered it with foil. Thank you for such an easy simple meal!

Broccoli Cornbread

It was alright...I was expecting more of a broccoli cassarole and it was more of a cornbread with broccoli in it. My husband did not care much for it either. He said to rate it 2 stars, but I thought it did have pretty good flavor.

Potato Puff Casserole

Yummy...reminded us of a great breakfast food. Want to try it with sausage in it. Light and yummy. I used about 1/2 cup of reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese.

Asian Tuna Patties

Awesome recipe...thank you so much for posting. This one we will make again and again. I used a tablespoon of sesame oil and a bit less pepper...i used albacore tuna, and it needed another egg. Can't wait to have it again!
