I'm 63 and work in our local bowling center. I am the bar and grill manager. Everything is short order cooking. It is the love of my life(other than my family). I really love to add my own home cooking touches to the art of short order cooking.

My favorite things to cook would have to be soups, stews and sauces. My husband does the desserts. I grow my own herbs during the summer and preserve them for winter.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Our very best cooking traditions are baked ham(at Christmas), cold slaw, and my best potato salad.
My cooking triumphs
My most triumphant cooking experience would have to be my job as a short order cook. It is fast paced and wonderful.
