Peanut Butter Frosting
First off I only added 3 cups of sugar instead of 4. I know lots of reviewers said 2 cups, but it wasn't the right texture with just 2. Having said that, even with 3 cups of sugar it just didn't come out the right texture and came out kind of crappy smoothing on the cake. Not smooth at all. Also it's pretty greasy (and yes I used butter sticks and brand new name brand Jiffy peanut butter). Also, even though it does taste good, it just tastes like sugared peanut butter. I don't know if it's the texture or what, but to me I'd like it to be a little more of a subtle flavor. I will probably just try to add some peanut butter to a good buttercream frosting once I finally find one I like. That way I can have a more subtle peanut butter flavor. Having said all of that above (my opinion), my husband who is a peanut butter freak, absolutely loved it and asked me to always make his birthday cakes with this frosting. So I suppose I'll have to try to tweak it some in order to get it the right flavor/texture combo.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
I have no idea what went wrong here (probably something on my end), but this just came out awful. I tried mixing in brown food coloring and it separated and looked terrible. So I tried a bunch of fixes I found online and none of them worked, just made everything worse. Next time: after beating butter add in liquid ingredients first, if that doesn't work then I'm not trying this one again.

Marshmallow Fondant
Tastes great and works great so far (still working on cake). But, it can be really super sticky. I got it stuck all over my hands trying to knead it. So two tips for those wanting to make this (and myself for the future): 1. Use an electric mixer (yes I tried it manual lol) 2. Coat your hands with crisco, the butter doesn't work that well. If you don't you will end up with a sticky mess all over your hands. Follow those two rules of thumb and you will be good.
