Donna's Chocolate Zucchini Bread
I recalculated for 16 servings, cut the sugar by half, used almond extract and half a cup of chocolate chips, a tiny bit of milk, and 1/4 cup of oatmeal to make muffins. Turned out perfectly, though I needed to adjust the baking time for the muffin pan. Yummy! :)

Shortbread Cookies II
Very easy to do and very nice results. I substituted a teaspoon of vanilla bean paste for the vanilla extract and dipped the finished cookies in melted chocolate. ;)

Cardamom Almond Biscotti
The dough was a little dry, but fixed it with a little blob of extra sour cream. Added about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and some dark chocolate chips; reduced the sugar to 1 1/2 cups. Really, really nice results. :) The cardamom goes so well with chocolate!
