This IS a good potato salad though a little time consuming. I followed the recipe with the exception of the small onion, I opted for green onion and reduced the sugar to 1/3 cup and used 4 eggs instead of 6. I also added 1 tsp more of corn starch and added the tsp of celery seed per reviews . Though I enjoyed every bite, (the dressing was delicious) I only incorporated 1/2 of it to the potato mixture and bottled the remaining dressing). It wasn't overly sweet to me , so reducing the sugar was a good idea (the south adds sugar to everything). It had a subtle taste. I will definitely try this again and tweek it next time by adding some dill or sweet relish.
