Famous Chicken Francaise

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2011
Great Recipe very easy. I have been making it for years with a few more herbs and no sauce. I just squeeze lemon on the chicken right before I remove it from heat. I also use oranges or limes for different flavor. This is a very easy quick recipe that results in a lot of flavor!

Uglies

Thank you for sharing the recipe...it is a great basis for so many other things. I tried what another reviewer said with eggs and sausage...so good. I also just made a well in the biscuit for the filling and turned out great.

Best Lemonade Ever

Amazing!!!! I tried microwaving the halfed lemons to make for easier juicing and it worked great. I found 30 seconds was perfect and I could hand squeeze the lemons.

Gravy Stuffing Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2008
Quick, Easy and tasted great. I made it how another reviewer suggested. I Used thawed chicken breasts with pultry seasoning and cooked it for 45 mins and it was perfect. I did use half the amount of gravy and since i needed to use my beef gravy I tried that. IT was great. The stuffing was crunchy on top and the chicken was moist enough...I loved it.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
It was different. I used only half the basalmic amount and bam....tons of flavor. I think I may use less next time. I will make it again. It was easy and I made it with Rice last time, next time I am thinking a mashed potato patty.

Tomato Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
LOVED IT! I cooked this like another suggested in the oven at 350 for 30 mins. I smothered the pork in a tomato basil sauce and added some broccoli to the sauce. I did not have peppers on hand, but it did not matter. I sprinkled mozz. cheese on top 5 mins before it was done and served it over pasta...pork parmesan!!!

Pesto Hamburgers

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
I loved this recipe. I used bison instead of ground beef. I also added a little garlic and salt and pepper to the meat...so yummy. I put the pesto on under the cheese and it was great. My husband loved this too.
