Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
If you're looking to take away some of the sweetness, add 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice. Just perfect!

Royal Icing I

Add about 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar if you're looking to use this icing as a glue. It will hold much better.

Only one word can describe these. PERFECTION! Cunchy on the outside, soft in the middle. Plus the melt in your mouth taste just tops it off. Great recipie!

Cream Filled Cupcakes

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
WOW. These might be the best cupcakes I have had! They cupcakes are mosit and very chocolatly. I only have a couple suggestions. For the cupcakes, they stick to the muffin cups after they are done baking. I sprayed them lightly with pam before placing in the batter. For the icing, instead of using a pastry bag, i would suggest using a knife, or an apple corer to take out the middle of the cupcake. Then using your hands, you can make the whole bigger by making the cupcake more compact. Then using a small knife, or the end of a spoon, fill in the cupcake with the filling. Place the cupcake you took out back on top of the cupcake. Then frost the cupcakes as you normally would being careful of the loose cupcake. I would also suggest using only a small amount of icing. These cupcakes are VERY sweet. My boyfriend absolutly LOVES these, and always asks me to make them! Thanks for the recipe!

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
This is an amazing recipie for people who have never made hash browns before. Since I didn't have shredded potatoes, I used a cheese grater and this worked perfectly. I would recommend using less onioins then half. I couldn't taste the actuall potatoe as much with all that onion. I used about a 1/4 of an onion instead. Other then that, amazing recipie!

Spring Omelet

Very tasty recipes. But i think that 1/4 milk is too much. Use about half that and the omelette will be thicker. =]

Simple Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2008
This was a great recipie, and most of the time i would never say this about cookies, but they were actually TO soft. No matter how long i let them sit, they wree so soft you couldnt pick them up. I made this twice, the first time there wasn't enough flour, which made them soft. The second time, i used 2 and a half cups of flour, and they turned out 100% better. All in all, tasted AMAZING. Good recipie.
