1st - I don't typically review something that I haven't followed exactly, but I had to say that this was a great starter recipe for me and it turned out excellent with the changes I made. Change highlights -- didn't dice chicken & pre-cook, put in whole in a roaster pan (used boneless thighs & breasts); didn't use mushrooms or zucchini, did use yellow/red/orange peppers; used fresh garlic, about 3 cloves, not garlic powder; used fresh ground bread crumbs, not seasoned. Put oil in bottom of roaster and tossed in cubed potatoes. Cooked for appx. 1/2 hr. Sprinkled potatoes with cinnamon, added in chx, garlic, onions, tossed, & cooked about another 1/2 hr. Tossed in peppers, bread crumbs, cheese, & additional oil. Cooked about 15 min. more. The oven was on about 375 the whole time. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for submitting.
