Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce

Really good and easy. We used Bratwurst b/c it's was all we had on hand and it turned out really well. Boiled Brats first for 20 mins, then threw them in with sauce, onions, and green peppers. Served over white rice but would also be good with buns.

Turkey Macaroni Bake

Really good way to use up leftover turkey. Very good, we also precooked the pasta for 6 mins to get it started. Otherwise followed all other directions. We added some leftover frenchs fried onion to top during last 10 mins as well which made it taste even better!

Cabbage and Rice

I used brown rice and a can of rotel and 6 oz. of tomato paste. Very good and a little spicy (with the rotel) A nice way to use cabbage and sneak in brown rice

Pumpkin Cheese Bread II

I baked this in a bundt pan and it came out perfectly baked in 55 minutes. I also substituted applesauce for half of the oil and added 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp of vanilla to the cream cheese mixture. These were my only changes and its delicious!

Broccoli Beef I

wasn't impressed with this; it was pretty bland and the sauce had the consistency and taste of gravy, not a typical "chinese take-out" taste. probably needed more soy sauce and sriracha (red chili sauce)
