Creamy Rice Pudding
As is this recipe is very good. But to make it great, I used Fat Free Half and Half instead of milk and added some cinnamon and nutmeg with the milk and sugar. Also, I added my beaten egg at the same time as my milk and sugar for a more custardy flavor. Superb, can't stay out of it at all!

Spaghetti Carbonara II
I liked this quite a lot. my husband wanted more meat and the kids said it had too many onions. I thought it was good. I added a bit of half and half with the Parmesan to make it a bit creamier and used broth in place of wine, since i could not find my cork screw. I will make again and add some chicken or shrimp for the hubby, and chop the onion smaller to fool the kids (i like big sweet chunks of red onion in this! yummy!)

OMG! So good I had trouble staying out of it before the party! I made extra by adding another 8 oz cream cheese and a cup of 1/2 and 1/2. I used dried minced onion (to fool the kids, they don't notice them as easily) and 2T. jarred jalepenos and upped the ham a notch. I just put it all in the little snack crockpot and let it set on low until smooth, then turned it to warm to keep it from burning. Served with crackers, tortilla chips and potato chips. Was smooth and easy to dip! So good--will make VERY OFTEN!
