Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa
This is a really nice change from "regular" salsa! I doubled the mango and left the rest as is. Thanks.

Sarah's Applesauce
Great recipe! Thanks. I joined a produce co-op and sometimes we get a lot of apples. This week we got Granny Smith apples. We arent big fans of tart apples. I used them in this recipe and added an additional 1/4 cup of brown sugar and cooked it in the crock pot as others suggested. It was really good!

Easy and Delicious Chicken
I forgot to drain the dressing/juices and just mixed everything else in with it. It was still really good. It made for a thin sauce, but I served it over rice and everyone liked it! I sauteed some broccoli to go with it and we had a great meal. Thanks!
