Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
This sauce is fantatic as written. I add a little extra chili powder and garlic powder. It's smooth and tastes great! Chili powder completely makes this recipe. Without it, this is only tomato sauce.

Chocolate Chip Meringue Drops

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
The texture and taste are fabulous!! Very airy, chocolatey. I did have to double the recipe because 2 egg whites doesn't make very many cookies. I used mini chocolate chips. Thank you for the great recipe!

Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
This is an amazing desert. I made it with a little cinnamon instead of nutmeg and only 1/4 cup sugar, but left the rest of the recipe the same. I served the pudding with fresh sliced strawberries and homemade whipped cream. It was fantastic!!!! Even better cold the next day.

Texas Sheet Cake IV

This was fantastic!!! I tasted it when it was still very warm and I thought it was a little bland, but after it cooled, I LOVED it! My whole family LOVED it! Thanks for the recipe.

The Most Incredible Garlic Bread

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
This was fantastic! I couldn't get the oil and cream cheese to mix well, but I tried my best and smeared the mixture on a loaf of french bread that I had cut horizontally. I doubled the cream cheese mixture to cover the bread. It was wonderful! Cheesy, crispy, creamy!

This was fantastic! I used strawberry perserves and 16 oz of cool whip. I filled waffle cones and then froze. Delicious and very summer-y!

Seven Layer Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2009
I LOVED this dip. I made a few changes, but it's wonderful! I used a 7x11 dish and I added a layer of taco-flavored soy crumbles after the beans. I also left out the scallions because I don't like them. I heated it in the oven before adding the sour cream to the top and it was delicious warm!!! I will make this dip often!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
These cookies were great! My family gobbled them up. I halved the recipe because I didn't have enough butter for the full recipe. I used French Vanilla and it worked really well with the chocolate chips. They were really chewy and soft. Thanks for the recipe!

Tater Tot Taco Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
This is fantastic comfort food! I used the tater tot crowns since they are crunchier. I also omitted the taco sauce because I forgot to buy it at the store. All around a great dish!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
UNBELIEVABLE!! Absolutely fattening, but worth it! The only thing I did differently was adding about 3/4 of a cup of shredded mozzerella cheese to the spread before baking. I served it with toasted slices of french bread. YUMMY!

Mexican Lasagna Chip Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
SO GOOD!! And easy! I used soy crumbles instead of meat, but other than that, I didn't change anything. I don't know why it's called lasagna either, but so delicious. I will make frequently.

Kellogg's® Chocolate Scotcheroos

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
I loved the cereal part. I used Special K cereal and added the butterscotch chips directly to the peanut butter mixture. I will definitely make this again, but without the chocolate.

Southwest-Style Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
Made per the recipe, these were bland. I think they will be much better if I had roasted poblano peppers or at least some jalapenos. I dipped them in a combination of salsa and sour cream. This is definitely a versitile recipe.

Soooooo delicious! I'm a vegetarian so I used soy "meatballs." I doubled the sauce and added a bunch more veggies. The sauce was the perfect combination of sweet and sour. This was quick and easy to make and yummy to eat. Thanks for the great recipe!
