No fail recipe. You can add or subract veggies, but the flavors are there. I like other users boiled an thickened the marinade to use it over rice. It was great.

Perfect, moist, sweet enough, but not too sweet. Simple, yet tastes like you spent hours. Chef John is DA BOMB!!! This is the third or fourth I've made of his recipes and I am a loyal follower

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
I'm giving it five stars because it was so easy and so delicous. I cooked my thick bone in pork chopse for 30 mins instead of 20 because we like them with very littl pink if any. I was worried they would be chewy, but they were juicy and flavorful. When you taste them, you wont believe how easy. I defenilty lightly salted my chops first and used some parmesan but other than that prepared exactly as recipe called.

Easy Chicken Taquitos

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
Has potential with some changes. Chicken needs seasoning and fresh peppers. you need to up the cheese and filling amount. Also the canned chicken makes it taste a little strange I recomend using rotisery/ boiled and pulsing it in the food processor.

Berry Good Coffee Cake

Reviewed: May 25, 2014
Hello, This is an easy recipe with the basics you probably have at home. I used fresh strawberries and blueberries instead of frozen and light sour cream instead of yogurt because it was on hand. The batter is perfect and its just sweet enough. The cake is pleaseing to the eye and the stomach. I would caution that if you are making for more thatn 4-6 that you double/triple the batter. It comes out in a thiner layer than a traditional coffee cake. I doubled mine and cut into little rectangles to serve. You should try this recipe. You won't be dissapointed.

Baked Falafel

A bit scary when the patties were so soft and not molding before frying. I just dropped them in the pan like pan cake batter almost and then they became beautiful. Easy, delicious, and meat free

Raspberry Kielbasa over Cheese Grits

Delicious. I think this a very simple and versatile recipe for Kielbasa. I used apple preserves (homemade) and it was wonderful. My boyfriend couldn't stop eating it. I didn't try the grits; I served them with Spicy sweet potatoes and salad.
