Berry Good Coffee Cake
Hello, This is an easy recipe with the basics you probably have at home. I used fresh strawberries and blueberries instead of frozen and light sour cream instead of yogurt because it was on hand. The batter is perfect and its just sweet enough. The cake is pleaseing to the eye and the stomach. I would caution that if you are making for more thatn 4-6 that you double/triple the batter. It comes out in a thiner layer than a traditional coffee cake. I doubled mine and cut into little rectangles to serve. You should try this recipe. You won't be dissapointed.

Butternut Squash Soup II
This is th most delicous back to basics soup out there. Nothing but vegetables salt and pepper. It does not need a thing! Make it as directed. I would say it makes more than 4 servings. I did try it with crumbled bacon althoug it didn't need it. LOVE THIS SOUP

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Make it exactly as listed, watch teh cook time. Don't leave it in the full time and check it. You will not be disappointed. Whether you like buttery or sweet. This is the perfect blend. Better than most bakery's recipes. Simple, but delicous. THank you so much for this recipe.
