Maybe explaining what is in Herbes de Provence would help those who can't find it in their stores. It contains a mix of ,dried Fennel, Rosemary, Thyme, and Lavender.

I made this as written. It did not have a lot of flavor, so if I try it again i might experiment with spices and a dolop of sour cream.

Parmesan Garlic Bread

Since I live alone I used this on a split hogy roll. It was great but I had lots of left over butter mixture so I used it on mashed potato the next day. YUM! You have to try it.

I really like this recipe. I made it for Thanksgiving. The only thing I did differently was to use small pearl onions and I peeled them. Mom liked it also.

Wow! Someone is watching out for me. I had just got a rice cooker which I love and then wondered what to do with the left over rice and this recipe came along. So easy and it reminded me of what mom made when I was a child.

As it says it was easy. I really liked it. Did add more garlic but I like garlic. Could not understand why anyone would leave out the tomatoes. Since I live alone I used 1/2 the kiebasa and one can of beans. Give it a try.

Bratwurst Stew

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
I had some leftover brats and didn't know what to do with them until I came upon this. I came out great and I am serving it for supper tonight. I wouldn't call it a stew as it was not thickened with anything. Maybe that is why others added potato. I liked it just the way it was written.
