Joe's Fusion Chicken Pad Thai

Made it according to the directions but didn't have any fish sauce so used oyster sauce. It was all delicious. Might cut down a bit on the cayenne next time only because my kids thought it was a bit spicy although I thought that it had a the perfect balance of spice. Will make again.

Seafood Enchiladas

With the suggestions on changes, this was a hit! Without the green chilies, cumin and chili powder, this could have been very bland. Was just perfect with it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Garlic and Ham Spaghetti

Great, basic recipe. I like garlic so did add more as well as some pepper. Had a nice, light flavor and loved how quick it was to make it. Would make again.

The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

World's Best Lasagna

Was pretty good- I didn't like the fennel though- gave the sauce a weird salty, licorice taste. Yuck. Will make it again though just minus the fennel.

Cheesy Acorn Squash

I'm not a squash fan, but I thought that this was pretty good. The flavors of the onion, celery and mushrooms overpowered the squash which is a good thing. :) Will make it again.

Quick Yeast Rolls

Spanish Rice Bake

Was a cheap dish to make. My kids and husband enjoyed it. It's certainly nothing gourmet but is a nice basic dish. Next time I will add some garlic though.

Singapore Noodles

Was good- my husband and I enjoyed it although it was a bit too spicy for us to love it (hence the 4 stars) but that is of course a personal preference. We like spice- just not gut on fire spice! We will make it again but for us we'll probably cut the red pepper flakes in half.
