Glazed Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
These were AWESOME. I usually make something similar with teriyaki, Frank's Red Hot and honey but my little one didn't like them because they were too hot. These were perfect. Saw that another reviewer liked the sauce on broccoli so we did that, too! What an awesome dinner. While it was cooking my daughter said she couldn't quit walking around "sniffing" the air! Thanks!!!

Venison Pot Roast

My roast turned out pretty tough. Was probably the roast, or more likely, my fault. Will try this again. The flavor was delish!

Shrimp Egg Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
Amazing. Never liked egg salad because I don't like crunchy onions and celery but had some leftover shrimp I wanted to use. Served on crackers. Was absolutely delicious. Definitely making again!!!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
This is absolutely, phenomenally, fantastic!!! I will never make a pork roast any other way! For my crockpot the cook time was about 16 hours. My stomach kept waking me up during the night because this smelled sooooo good. Trust me when I say that you will NOT be able to stop eating this. I agree with the other reviewers in wishing that I could give this recipe 10 stars. A friend and I are hostessing a jewelry party at our salon in a couple of weeks and I am definitely making this and putting some rolls on the side for mini sandwiches. Thank you so much for the AWESOME recipe! I couldn't find the Hawaiian Sea Salt so I used Mediterranean but I don't think it changed the flavor much.

Chicken In Sour Cream

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
I'm sorry, but I made this exactly as written without the salt. My family wouldn't eat it. Husband tried but couldn't do it. He thought it was the dill that ruined this recipe, my daughter thought it was the onion soup mix. Took out hubby's mean comment even tho he did say it...

Oh-So-Good Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2008
If I am going to rate your recipe, I am NOT going to change it and then give it a crappy review. I made this as written, using Roberto's salsa. My family loved it and thought it was delicious (the kids didn't even complain about the mushrooms which is where the so-good part comes from) I served it with black beans and tortillas on the side. DE-LISH!! Thanks for sharing!!!

Dad's BBQ Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2008
I prepared this as written and am so upset with the results. Wasted a $12 roast. It's meat cooked in mustard and that's exactly what it tasted like. Hubby ate it slathered in ketchup but the kids wouldn't touch it. Had to make them something else.

Best Ziti Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
I don't believe in changing a recipe and then rating it....Having said that, this recipe was very, very good just as it's posted. If I was a young cook and followed the directions, I, and my friends would be in heaven. This recipe got rave reviews from my family and we will most definitely be making this one again. Thank you for a very easy and user friendly version of lasagna.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
I had alot of distractions while trying to make this so I cooked the rice dry and thought the whole thing was gonna be a bust. Surprisingly, this recipe is very forgiving and turned out great. The fam loved it. Will definitely be making this one again. Thanks!

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2008
This is an awesome alternative to the "throw it on the grill" pork chops. I only had about 6 hours to let them marinate. Next time I'll try to plan ahead a little better and do them overnight. My 8 year old daughter (the bean pole) asked for another one. WOW! Thanks for sharing!

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

I usually buy the Lawrey's marinade, but thought I would try this since I had the ingredients at home. Pounded the chicken out like for sandwiches and marinaded for 6 hours. Was wonderful... Rave reviews from the fam. Thanks!!!
