Baked Flounder

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
Very good. My family usually won't eat fish but they actually liked this dish and said they wouldn't mind if I made it again - that was a shock! I skipped the butter and used sharp cheddar instead of Mexican cheese because that is what we had in the house. I also seasoned the bread crumbs, but that was just out of habbit.

Peanut Butter Kandy Kake

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
Excellent. And I would not call this time consuming, most of the time is just waiting for it to cool. If you want a true Kandy Kake experience, you can cut the cake batter in 1/2 and have a thin cake covered in PB and chocolate. I happen to like the cake part, so I prefer to keep the recipe as is.

Crispy Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
This recipe is so simple that you wouldn't expect the wonderful results it produces. Just the paprika is wonderful but I've been experimenting with other spices and it always turns out terrific. Thank you for the recipe.

Pizza Moons

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
I was looking for a quick appetizer for the kids and husband, since I knew they were not going to like the dinner I was preparing. This turned out to be perfect thing. I loved my dinner and the kids\husband were happy to just eat appetizers.

Pumpkin Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2008
I have never made fudge before so it took me 3 tries to get it right. But once I got the swing of it, the fudge turned out terrific and I got rave reviews from my family and friends. The only thing I did differently is to add nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, and clove rather than pumpkin pie spice. This will definately be a holiday tradition from now on.
