Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
i followed some of the modified recipes--doubled the nutmeg, cinnamon, increased the puree, and the chocolate chips, reduced the heat. they came out nicely looks wise, and ok taste wise. my complaints are: 1. even with the papers liners, the muffins stuck badly to them 2. they weren't very sweet, but the chocolate chips helped 3. i wish i hadn't increased the chips, they were a little messy--too many choc. chips per muffin. 4. i had leftover batter and had to make 2 more than 12
