I forgot a cup of flour in my cookie recipe and ended up with flattened mush. I put the nine dysfunctional cookies into a bowl, mashed them up with cream cheese, then rolled them into balls with a coating of powdered sugar and then refridgerated them :-) Welcome to the world my little "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake Balls"!! They were wonderful, and the story is great. Again involving cookies... I thought freezing frosting into balls and wrapping it in cookie dough would result in a frosting filled cookie. haha, not the case. The cookies essentially exploded and got stuck to the cookie sheet... they did taste good though ;-)
