My cooking triumphs
I turn my tragedies into triumphs... I forgot a cup of flour in my cookie recipe and ended up with flattened mush. I put the nine dysfunctional cookies into a bowl, mashed them up with cream cheese, then rolled them into balls with a coating of powdered sugar and then refridgerated them :-) Welcome to the world my little "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake Balls"!! They were wonderful, and the story is great.
My cooking tragedies
Again involving cookies... I thought freezing frosting into balls and wrapping it in cookie dough would result in a frosting filled cookie. haha, not the case. The cookies essentially exploded and got stuck to the cookie sheet... they did taste good though ;-)

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches
YUMMMMY. I used spicy brown mustard, because it is what I had. Added chopped up jalapeno for crunch and kick. It is probably important to note that the cook time is based off smaller eggs. Add three or four minutes for large eggs.

Delicious Salmon
Served with white rice, and a stir fry of red pepper, white onion, and zucchini. I didn't let my broiler hit the heat it needed to... in the future I will go safe with 350 for 12-15 and check it at the 12 minute mark so I don't end up with dry fish. Anyway, loved the flavor. Will use leftovers in a salad with mandarin oranges, cashews, an orange vinaigrette and green onions. nom nom nom...

Buttery Alfredo Sauce
This ruined store bought Alfredo for me. I love LOVE this. Super picky baby brother ate it too :-) I will store this in my "oh, yea. I make everything from scratch" brag bag . Thanks for the recipe :-)
