I live in beauitful nevada county, California. A mother of one wonderful young man. Just graduated college last year, with a degee in landscape design. I work at a local nursery and design landscapes. I also am a grill girl?? You ask??? Well I work at a place called The Tack Room, where I grill steaks and seafood on a large grill in front of the guests!! Very fun and challaging. On my spear time I love to cook for the family and try new recipes.

Au Gratin Potatoes

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
Well, I made it for work. Came back the next day and it was all gone. Very simple recipe and will make another and have a peice this time. Everyone said it was GREAT!
