Born a Navy Brat. Traveled a lot growing up and still do when I can. Internationally I've spent time in Europe and Asia. My family has a diverse and not typically American palate, especially my husband. Italian, its light, simple, and good. Mexican also, because we live in a great city for it and its ingredients. French is fun beccause of its challenge. Don't have any, trying to create my own. I've managed to create some pretty cool recipes on my own steam. Baking doesn't generally go well for me. I'm not exact enough for it.
