Crusted Salmon with Honey-Mustard Sauce

This is a solid dish - easy, good, & the kids liked it. I didn't think it was spectacular, but anytime my kids eat fish it's a day for celebration! I followed the recipe exactly except I baked it for 2 minutes less than suggested. The fish was moist but still very well done. I was glad I adjusted the time a bit.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Unbelievably good. I even used a store-bought 6 in graham cracker pie crust - cooked for 45 mins - and it was still wonderful. I did have some cracking, but I think the smaller pie crust may have contributed to that. Look forward to preparing this again with the 9 in springform pan and homemade crust soon. I served it with Desertlovers Classic Caramel Sauce from this site and it was a great combo.

Sugar Coated Pecans

So easy and so good. These are addictive. I doubled the egg whites and the cinnamon and instead of just water I did 1/2 water, 1/2 vanilla. After making these, I'm ready for the holidays and it's only October!

Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes

Added about 4-5 chopped green onions to mix; also added a handful of sharp cheddar cheese. Topped with more cheddar about 10 mins before they were done. Outstanding.

Delicious – only suggestion is to make at least a few hours ahead of time because it took a long time for mine to thicken. I made this exactly as the recipe suggested and had no problems.

Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

Very, very good and leaves lots of rub for future dishes. Too much black pepper for my taste - next time will use only one Tbsp. black pepper.

Black Cat Cookies

These are easy and absolutely adorable. Other reviewers are correct that the cookies are not a “five”, but they are still quite good. Definitely better than the traditional Halloween cookies with 2 inches of sugary frosting on top that I’ve made with my kids in the past. I added some melted semisweet chocolate to the batter (as suggested by another reviewer) to increase the chocolate flavor. I also added the candy after 8 minutes to avoid the cracking cookie problem. Finally, I lined the cookie sheets with Reynolds parchment paper, which in my opinion really helps with even baking and helps stop cracking. These will be a Halloween tradition in our house from now on!

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

This is pretty good, and VERY easy. I made homemade garlic spread with 7 oz Philly cream cheese spread, 4 minced garlic cloves, and garlic salt to taste. I was pleased that the cheese spread stayed inside the chicken and did not run out everywhere. Would make again.
