Pumpkin Muffins II
Sooo Gooood! I added chocolate chips and walnuts and did the health conscious replacements as suggested (2 c. whole wheat, 1c. oats, applesauce instead of oil, and 1/2 brown // 1/2 white sugar). Next time I will see if I can get away with even less sugar. These didn't seem too healthy to enjoy at all!
