Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
These are the best cinnamon rolls I've ever made. My daughter went to Cinnabon the next day and got one of their rolls and said mine tasted just as good if not better! I also tried the overnight in the fridge and bake them in the morning. Worked great! Thanks for the recipe.

Squash Braid

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
This bread is very good. The color is pretty and the taste is amazing. I put all the ingredients in my bread machine on dough cycle and let the machine do the work. Then I formed the braid. Great recipe. Thanks!

Loved these buns! A lot of homemade buns fall apart when eating a hamburger but these do not! Thanks!

Green Tomato Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
What a wonderful way to use the left over green tomatoes. I did make one change. I do not like nutmeg so I used 1 tsp. allspice and 1/4 tsp. cloves along with the cinnamon. Also, I am on a salt restricted diet so I did not put salt with the tomatoes when I drained them. I just drained them a little longer.

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Great recipe! I am on a salt restricted diet, now I can have kettle corn and control the salt. I also tried a readers suggestion and used butter and brown sugar. It's great also. Not so heavy on the caramel.

Flax and Sunflower Seed Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
This bread is wonderful! I did make a couple of changes. I used ground flax seed and I chopped the sunflower seeds in my food processor. Added all the ingredients to my bread machine and used the dough cycle. Then baked the bread in the oven. It turned out great and a lot healthier than store bought bread. It's great for French toast also.
