Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
I love this recipe, I have been making it for about a year now. I use only about 3/4 a package of noodles and I add about a 1/4 a cup of milk because it does get dry. You really want the mix to be soupy when you put it in the oven because anything with noodles dries out easily.

Western Omelet Sandwich

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2010
This was SO filling. Yum... I count calories so I didnt use butter just some Pam to saute the veggies. I also only used a half a cup of ham instead of a whole cup. And, I only used 1 piece of bread and ate it as a open face. I will make this again!!!

These are good! I did use 1/2 the enchilada sauce in with the meat and the other 1/2 I poured on top of the shells before baking.

Lasagna Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
This was great! I used 1lb Italian Sausage instead of ground beef and ricotta instead of cottage cheese. I also just used a jar of spaghetti sauce because I had it on hand. Everything turned out AMAZING! Thank you so much for this recipe, I will be making it again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
So this is great!! I make it every Sunday for football. Who Dey! I dont like these with crackers though. I take pita pockets and tear them up into cracker size bites place them on a cookie sheet. Then I drizzle a little EVOO on top and bake them @ 350 til they are crunchy around the edges! (about 8-10 minutes) It is GREAT!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
Good. I didnt change a thing. I really like cheese and I think that all that milk really takes away from the yummy cheese flavor so instead of adding more cheese and more calories I would just cut way back on the milk. Next time I will probably only use about 1 cup milk, it will be less sauce but there is already SO much that it wont be missed!

Pleasant Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This is good! I gave it only four stars because I don't think it is worth all the time it takes preparing it. I really like the onion sauce that goes over it but I would rather just make that and pour it over oven baked or fried chops.

Snow Flake Cocoa

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
Mmmm! I love white chocolate so I had to try this recipe!! I did add a teaspoon of peppermint extract. I topped with homemade whip cream and crushed up candy canes. It is SO pretty and sweet. This is great to throw in the crock pot and go out to play with the kids in the snow, when they are ready to come in you got the cocoa ready for them! Thanks Diana!

Stuffed Shells I

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
So this is the recipe I use all the time except I use good ricotta instead of cottage cheese, 1 egg instead of 2, add 1/2 pound chopped FRESH spinach and 1 clove minced garlic instead of powder. I also put extra mozz cheese on top cover with aluminum foil bake 40 minutes, remove foil and bake until cheese is nice and bubbly. Putting the foil and extra cheese on top prevents the shells that aren't covered from the sauce from getting crispy.

Baked Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
OMG!! I used red potaoes and didn't peel them bc I like the skin. I used 2 cups chicken broth and 5 milk. I used more cheese than called for too, probably about 2 cups. I also added a bunch of spices like Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes to taste and also ALOT of dill weed. I like thick soup and this was great. I think it tasted like O'Charley's potato soup but my friends said it tasted even better than theirs so kudos to Sherry for creating it!!
