Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

I followed other reviewers' advice: lemon juice instead of water and 2 cups of jam instead of 1 cup. I used blueberry jam & strawberry jam & just mixed them together. It was SO good.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake I

I only had 2 cups of zucchini, but it was fine. Other than that, I followed the recipe to a T, but my cake was done in 25 minutes. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but it was definitely baked through & tasted good.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

So good. It really is juicy. I used 1.5lbs of ground beef, skim milk instead of evaporated milk, and I forgot the garlic, but it turned out very juicy.

Coconut Cream Pie I

Yummy! I make this all the time. I don't measure out the coconut anymore...I just kind of eyeball it. I use a prepared graham cracker crust, sugar-free pudding, and I've even used sugar-free Cool Whip & it was fine.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

So good. I used a Splenda blend & it was still delicious. Mine tasted good, but it didn't look pretty. I didn't roll it length-wise, so it was a short fat roll. Whoops. Make sure you roll it immediately out of the oven. I didn't, so it ended up cracking.
