I am a mother of two caretaker to many. I hold all of our family functions and holidays at my home each year cooking for all. I am a current college student in Business and Marketing with the hopes of one day publishing my own cookbook. My interest in cooking began when I was five and my grandmother let me contribute to her cooking. I love to come up with new recipes but my favorite things to cook would have to be a Mexican Dinner. I make my own Chile, or salsa, and chicken, plus homemade guacamole and chips. Also tamales. CHRISTMAS! What better excuse to cook everything you can think of, aand decorate, buy new table decorations and glasses, and create a master centerpiece! Captain Crunch Cookies. Everyone loves them.
