One-Pan Taco Dinner
I had all the ingredients and it was quick to make, so I did. The only thing I did differently was add a little minced garlic and some onion to the ground beef, then I added a can of black beans after the rice was cooked along with the cheese. We ate it on tortillas with sour cream and quacamole and it was pretty good. Leftovers made a good taco salad. Just chopped up lettuce and garnished with more tomatoes and tortilla chips and salsa....pleasantly surprised.

Swedish Spareribs
I am always looking for simple, yet tasty dinners for my family. This one was super simple, and tastes very good. Even my 4 year olds ate it--served it with buttered egg noodles, unsweetened applesauce and peas. I will make it again. The only thing I did differently was cut down a little on the sugar and the allspice (used 1.5 tbsp each) because I had a little less than two pounds of ribs.

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin
I always have a beef tenderloin on hand but was looking for something different to do with it. When I saw this recipe with only three ingredients, I had to try it because if it was good...then I had the easiest recipe of all time in my recipe arsenal! I even tried it out on my husband and two guests (I did use low sodium soy sauce and unsalted butter which I would recommend)...and everyone loved it and said they'd give it 4.5 stars. Since I couldn't do the half star...I'm going 5 because of the simplicity. Thanks for the easy and tasty recipe.
