Spicy Basil Chicken
Loved this recipe..definitely a keeper. I used all of the ingredients except for the onion and mushrooms. I added red bell pepper. I also omitted the garlic salt, and upped the cloves of garlic to 4. Like other reviewers, I added a cup of water when adding the oyster sauce, to give more sauce and cut down on saltiness. This definitely had some kick, but I also did not take the seeds out of the peppers. I like my Thai food spicy. I used rice noodles and this was outstanding!

Greek Lentil Soup (Fakes)
So excited to find this recipe. Greek lentil soup is a fave in our house, having a Greek father! I haven't made it in a while, and could not find my tried & true recipe. This is it..or tastes darn close. You must use the's the only way to go...and makes a healthy soup more delish! Great soup for chilly winter evening, and great for energy!!

Greek Saganaki
to call it saganaki, you really must use a harder cheese, like others have mentioned. Kefalograviera is good. Kasseri may be more accessible if you don't have a "greek store" nearby. The prep is good, but to be authentic, use kasseri or kefalograviera
