Amateur's Light Breeze Chicken Chili

This was awesome! And I even used the canned chicken! Didn't have jalapenos so added more red pepper flakes.

This was great! For the pudding, I used one instant vanilla and one instant pumpkin pie pudding packets. This way, I didn't have to add extra cinammon, cloves, etc. It was perfect! And I did chill each layer before the next one. Thanks for sharing!

Steamed Tuna

This came out great for a last minute dinner! I did not have dried rosemary. I added a few splashes of red wine vinegar to the ketchup. Served over brown rice!

Ramen Noodle Frittata

Very average. I used Egg beater and sauteed onions and frozen stir fry veggies before adding noodle egg mixture. I tried it with hot sauce and with salsa - liked it with salsa better. IF I try this again, will use less egg, less noodle, and more veggies stir fry, onions, bell pepper etc...and perhaps mix salsa in with egg / noodle mixture prior to cooking.

Spiced Baked Apples

Excellent! Did not have/use orange peel. Stuffed apples with walnuts, dates, and raisins. Served with frozen vanilla yogurt. Turned out superb!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

I added Apples, Apple Joice, and onions and used boneless pork chops. It was okay - but a little too sweet. Next time, maybe I'll skip apple juice and use beer.
