Megan's Granola
I have never made granola before and this recipe was both easy and delicious. I substituted different nuts and dried fruit. I used less salt and also cut the recipe in half because I thought it was going to be a lot. Well the response from my family is so enthusiastic that I'm going to have to make the whole recipe soon! Also, I had no problems with burning.

Hamantashen II
The first time I made hamantashen with my children and I couldn't be happier with this recipe. I used apricot and strawberry preserves for filling and children and adults loved them

Biscotti
This batter is way too sticky for biscotti. The bottoms burned. Not my favorite biscotti recipe by any means
