Foolproof Rib Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
This was amazing. I was nervous as it is a pricey cut and it was Easter dinner! But, I followed the recipe to the exact process and it was perfect! It really is as good and even better than prime rib in the restaurant. My husband and I are picky beef eaters and this was fabulous. It may be the best thing I ever made him. He couldn't believe I had never made it before. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2011
Great easy quick recipe! My husband said it tasted exactly like restaurant CM! I doubled the sauce by doubling the butter/oil/mushrooms/marasala/sherry, but the sauce was so good I wished there was more. Next time I will triple. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
My entire family loves this recipe. I have made it for the last 2 Thanksgivings and I had to triple the recipe in order for there to be enough for everyone to take home leftovers! Excellent!

Maple Dill Carrots

My boyfriend hates vegetables, but he ate 2 servings of these--- they are really good! (Even with dried dillweed since I didn't have fresh on hand)

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2009
I tried this recipe several times- the first time it was good- better than any porkchop I had ever had... but then the next few times, I altered it a bit and it was tasty, but the breading fell off or they were dried out. This last time, I followed the recipe to the letter- and they were perfect. The first thing was I didn't have an oven proof frying pan, so I bought one AND I followed the 25 minutes exactly- before I had used a meat thermometer and by the time it reached the suggested temp, they were dry. Get a good pan and follow the recipe- you will not be dissapointed. Thank you!!!!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2012
Quick, easy, and yummy! I biased cut my sausage after grilling it whole and that was good. I didn't have heavy cream so I used half n half instead. I also subbed penne for the bowties- but it was still really good. My husband really liked it, so that is always a good sign!

Kugel

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
This came out great! I never made a Kugel myself and it tasted just like the one my Aunt makes- the way I remember!! I didn't have any graham cracker cookies, so i took some plain cookies and crushed those instead... Still great!
