Good risotto, nice flavor with the chicken sausage, but the directions need a little work. In order to make risotto properly, you have to add one cup of stock at a time-you cannot just pour in three cups of liquid and walk away like you can with regular rice. Add one cup of liquid at a time, stirring until the liquid is absorbed before adding the next cup. Risotto takes anywhere from 20-25 minutes to make it properly, but it is well worth it.
