Gravy Baked Pork Chops
Meh. I followed the recipe, but also added a bit of seasoning and a splash of worcestershire sauce after reading other reviews. The pork chops were not tender at all, and the sauce was thin- not very 'gravy' like.

One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake
Just made this tonight for the first time. It actually took an hour and a half, and the wild rice wasn't cooked enough, which is the main reason for the mediocre rating... Because it cooked a bit long, the veggies were a bit mushy. The flavor was good, and I can see it being easy to substitute different options. We liked it enough to try again- I will use fresh carrots/broccoli and pre-cook the wild rice a bit.

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes
This was very good. I only had chicken legs, so that's what we used, as well as red potatoes for the same reason. I cut the garlic way down (I like it, but my husband doesn't as much) and also added some granulated onion and rosemary. I thought it was a little too 'buttery' so next time I will cut that in half as I think the chicken 'broth' would still be plenty for basting. Oh, I also omitted the maple syrup- didn't miss it:) Next time I will also add carrots too as that sounds good from what others say...
