Brought these bars to a potluck and everyone loved them - actually most thought they were carrot cake! They are very moist - more cakelike than bars. Next time I make them I will make sure I use a larger pan - I used a 11x13 pan and it produced a more cakelike size. Still all loved the cream cheese frosting and they disappeared fast!

Mini Meatloaves

I don't even like meatloaf and I thought this was fantastic. The sauce has a nice flavor and it enhances the nice, light flavor of the meat. I also added some onion and garlic powder. Great recipe!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

This is a wonderful, full-flavored soup! The almonds, sherry and curry give it a great flavor. I know I will use this recipe often.

Cherry Cream Cheese Pie

Very good and very easy! A little on the sweet side, but it is a dessert! I made it in a 8x8 pan, cut it into bars and let each person spoon the cherries on top. It was a hit!

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

I was excited to try this recipe after reading the rave reviews .... I was very disappointed, while the flavor was good, it was very dry - I had expected the cheeses to melt together and get real gooey. Mine did not, the cheeses all got soft but never melted together. Not sure I would try this recipe again.

Evil Cookies

Really good, but baking time is confusing. I kept baking for 5 more minutes (about 4 times) because the middle was not cooked, but when it was finally cooked the edges were too done! I will make again and next time use a larger pan so that they are not so thick.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

We all liked it very much, although it was best when just out of the oven and nice and warm. Next time I would marinate the chicken (it lacked any flavor) and also add some veggies. Overall, very simple and good.
