Crispy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
I love this recipe!! I've learned to prepare everything and have the sauce mixed ahead of time, because once you start stir frying things happen really fast. I serve this over jasmine rice and with a side of steamed broccoli. Delicious!!

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This is a pretty good recipe and super easy too. We don't really care for pork chops, but really liked this. It was juicy and sweet and my son liked it too.

New York Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
I've made this cheesecake several times for family get togethers and everyone raves about it. I don't change a thing. The worst part is that you have to let it sit in the oven so long and can't use the oven. But it's so worth it.

Peanut Butter Balls IV

Fantastic recipe! I used vanilla instead of maple flavoring. Tasted just like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups!

Crab Rangoon II

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
I made this without adding all of the vegetables. Just cream cheese with some garlic, a can of crab meat, soy sauce, green onions, and some sugar. It was fantastic! Just like the restaurants. I make it with the Awesome Sesame Chicken recipe and rice.

Addictive Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This recipe was absolutely fantastic. I didn't change a thing, followed it exactly. I liked the fact that you could prepare everything (mix the sauce, etc.) and cook it later. This was NOT a difficult recipe and I will definitely make this again. Kid friendly too. My 7 year old loved it.

Red Wine Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
Fantastic recipe! I followed it exactly and it tasted wonderful. I did have to cook the roast for about 2 hours in the oven instead of 1 1/2 but the sauce and flavor were fantastic. And it was really easy to make as well. Will definitely make this again.

Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
Absolutely fantastic!! Next time I will add some cornstarch or flour at the end to thicken the sauce a little, but otherwise this is a delicious recipe.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
This was a fantastic recipe! I added garlic powder to the sauce mixture, added some sauce to the meat mixture before stuffing the cabbage, and quadrupled the sauce recipe. (My husband likes a lot of sauce to put on top of the mashed potatos that are a must with this recipe).

Tater Tot Hot Dish II

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
Excellent kid friendly recipe. I also added garlic powder to the ground meat and a layer of shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots before I added the soup mixture. Will definitely make this again.

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2008
This is a fantastic recipe! My husband even said that it was BETTER than his mom's (which is a huge compliment, she's a great cook). I do add a little more cheese than it calls for though.
