I have made this twice and I think I got it right this time. The sauce is excellent, that is, until the chicken juices dilute it in the pan and make it all runny. My solution is make about four times as much sauce and use half of it for cooking the chicken, the other half to pour over it when it's done. Strange I didn't read about anyone else with this happening to them, but that's my take on it. My family ate this right up, the three-year-old even went for thirds! This will become a very regular dinner for us with those revisions. Thanks, Marian.
